If you’ve got something for me to read, I want to read it!!
As you can probably tell from the title of this blog, I like to read pretty much anything I can get my hands on. Which means that if you’re looking for someone to review your work, I’m 100% the right person for the job. With that said, there are always some caveats and guidelines that need to be followed to ensure that both parties are getting what they need out of the transaction. Read below for more details.
Policies
Honest reviews
I’m not overly picky. I will always be completely honest in my review of a book. Sometimes, that means that I’m not going to like what I’ve read. I will do my best to provide constructive feedback and I will never be mean. But I’m not going to give a 5-star review just because I was asked for one nicely or because I was given a book for free.
Pricing
There is no pricing. I’m not going to charge to give a book review, nor am I going to accept money of any sort. If you want to send me a book, I’m never going to turn THAT away. But the book is being received with no strings, and as I said before I’m not guaranteeing a positive review in exchange.
Sources
Are you an indie publisher? Send it over! Are you with a bigger publishing house? Send it over! Are you self-publishing? Definitely send it over!!
Formats
I’m willing to receive a book in any format (hardcover, paperback, epub, PDF, mobi, audiobook). I’m not overly picky.
Genres
There’s really not much that I won’t read. As you can tell from this site, I tend to gravitate more towards romance. That said, I’ll read pretty much anything that is put in front of me. The only genres that I tend to shy away from are YA (I’m usually waaaay to old for that), horror (with very few notable exceptions), or self-help (because I already know what my problems are and I don’t want to read more about them in my spare time).
